Our product was also chosen as the recipient of the &lt;strong&gt;2003 Consumers Choice and Dangal ng Pilipinas Award&lt;/strong&gt; for &lt;strong&gt;Most Outstanding Frozen Fish Products.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3010/1638/200/DSC00046.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have been the pioneer in the business of distributing this famous seafood in major supermarkets like SM, Pilipinas Makro, Big R Supermakets, Robinsons Supermarkets, Garcia's supermarket, Eunilaine Supermart etc. We are also open for distributorship arrangements for those who wants to go into this business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me share with you some recipes handed down to me by my grandmother:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bangus Recipe # 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ihiwaw na bangus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;4 big bangus (clean and scaled)&lt;br /&gt;2 big onions (diced)&lt;br /&gt;Pinch black pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon rock salt&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoon calmansi juice&lt;br /&gt;Oil Aluminum foil&lt;br /&gt;One-half (1/2) cup soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 pieces hot chili pepper (minced)&lt;br /&gt;Procedure:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. In a bowl, mix onion, tomatoes and black pepper.&lt;br /&gt;2. Stuff bangus with the mixture.&lt;br /&gt;3. Grease aluminum foil with oil and wrap bangus individually.&lt;br /&gt;4. Grill or bake until well cooked.&lt;br /&gt;5. Serve with soy sauce, calamansi and hot chili pepper (mix).&lt;a href="http://www.bangus-online.com/downloads/Application%20form.pdf"&gt; &lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paksiw na Bangus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;3 Medium bangus (clean, scaled and halved)&lt;br /&gt;2 small ampalaya (quartered)&lt;br /&gt;2 eggplants (quartered)&lt;br /&gt;1 small ginger (crushed)&lt;br /&gt;4 pieces long green pepper&lt;br /&gt;2 cups vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1 cup water&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon patis (fish sauce)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedure:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. In a casserole, arrange vegetables at the bottom.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add in bangus, long green pepper and ginger.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pour in vinegar and bring to a boil.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lower the heat and pour in water.&lt;br /&gt;5. Allow cooking and season with patis.&lt;br /&gt;6.
